SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 3 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Three individuals have sustained injuries, one of them seriously, following a collision between two vehicles on the TF-47 in Guía de Isora, Tenerife, according to the Coordinating Centre for Emergency Services and Safety (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
Incident Details
The incident occurred at approximately 06:52 hours when the 1-1-2 operations room received an alert reporting that occupants were trapped inside the vehicles. Consequently, Cecoes immediately activated the necessary emergency resources to respond to the scene.
Emergency Response
Upon arrival, medical personnel from the Canary Emergency Service assessed and treated the three affected individuals. One of them was in a serious condition with a cranioencephalic trauma. After stabilisation, they were transported by ambulance to Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria, Hospital Universitario de Canarias, and Hospiten Sur.
Investigation
The Civil Guard has initiated investigations regarding the incident.
